Price per person (including children): 595 NOK
Children aged 0–2 ride for free but must sit on an adult’s lap.
Experience dog sledding even during the snow-free season! We take a short ride starting from the dog yard, where the guide drives the first cart and guests sit onboard. On the next two carts, some guests will get the opportunity to drive themselves. There will also be time to cuddle and play with the dogs in the dog yard. Please note that the dogs love people and will want to greet you—so wear clothes that can handle a bit of fur and muddy paws!
The total experience lasts around 1.5 hours, including the ride and dog cuddles.
This is a very popular activity, and we only have a few spots available each day. If there aren’t enough open spots on your desired date, it might still be possible to join if one of your group members is willing to drive a cart. We provide training, and you’ll drive behind the guide. If that sounds interesting, contact us and we’ll help you make a booking.
Important!
Please note that the dogs are very sensitive to hot weather. If it gets too warm, we may need to cancel or reschedule the tour for the well-being of the dogs. If that happens, you can choose to receive a refund or reschedule to another time. The guide will contact you if this becomes necessary.

Tandem Paragliding
Tandem Paragliding
Price: 3,000 NOK
Fly with the eagles high above Hemsedal!
Experience the indescribable sensation of flying during a tandem paragliding trip. It’s a feeling of lightness, calm, and adrenaline all at once – accompanied by breathtaking views. For us paragliders, it’s hard to stop – the connection to nature is just that powerful. This is an experience that can’t be described – it must be lived.
What is Tandem Paragliding?
The wing is like a standard paraglider, just larger to carry two people. You’ll sit in your own harness securely fastened right in front of your instructor, who guides you before, during, and after the flight. That means front-row seats with the option to try steering the paraglider yourself if you feel like it during the ride!
Before take-off, your instructor will walk you through every phase of the flight. Equipment checks, take-off techniques, flying, and landing will all be explained in detail. You’ll have plenty of time to ask any questions before the adventure begins. It’s completely normal to feel nervous – but trust us, that disappears the moment you lift off and are swept away in the magic of the moment.
Your Safety is Our Priority
Your safety is our top concern. Our instructors are highly experienced pilots who know the equipment, weather, and local launch sites inside and out. As a tandem passenger, you’re insured through the Norwegian Air Sports Federation and must sign a waiver before flying. Formally, you’ll be considered a tandem student during the flight – and who knows, this may be your first step toward a full paragliding course of your own!
Meeting Point
You’ll meet your tandem instructor either in Hemsedal town center or at your accommodation.
From there, we’ll travel together to the launch site with the best weather conditions on the day. Common sites include Totten II, Tinden, and Roni in winter, and Solheisen or Hydnefossen in summer.
Weather & Confirmation
Paragliding is weather-dependent. We need the right wind direction, no precipitation, and moderate wind speeds for a safe and enjoyable flight.
If you book well in advance, your instructor will contact you a few days before the flight to confirm conditions. For last-minute bookings, we’ll usually know right away if weather permits flying.
Keep in mind: conditions may require us to reschedule or cancel your flight. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and work with you to find the best solution.
Ski or Shoes?
In winter, we often fly from the ski resort – either Skistar (central Hemsedal) or Solheisen (Grøndalen). You can take off either on skis or on foot. Ski take-offs are ideal if you’re already spending the day on the slopes and have solid ski skills. Not sure what suits you? Just ask your instructor.
What to Wear
Bring warmer clothing than you think. A windproof jacket, sturdy ankle-supporting shoes (summer), goggles or sunglasses, and gloves or mittens are recommended.
We’ll be in the air for around 10–20 minutes and you’ll feel a steady breeze on your face.
Age & Health Requirements
We welcome all ages to fly tandem!
If you’re under 18, you’ll need written consent from both guardians.
You’ll need to be able to run a few steps with the instructor to get airborne – which most people handle easily. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Getting There
Depending on conditions, we’ll either drive to the launch site or use the ski lift. You’ll need your own car and a ski pass in winter.
Your instructor can also pick you up – just let us know when booking!
Ready to take flight? Let’s make your dream of flying come true.
