A trip around the Mediterranean provides a clue to the inspiration for Restaurant Liv. We cross mainly between Italy and Spain, the flavors of green herbs such as basil and rosemary, the grassiness of a delicious olive oil and the taste of juicy, sun-ripened tomatoes. The basis is always dishes that we ourselves like and feel good serving. The vegetables are selected according to the season. Our ambition is to mainly work with local ingredients and when we can, we like to play with food traditions that we ourselves grew up with.
Restaurant Liv is open from late afternoon to evening, filled with pulse and life – just as the name suggests. The spectacular views of the mountains are always included.
When the weather allows, we open our terrace at Bar Liv, where in addition to a magnificent view you can enjoy all our varieties of gin & tonics or a perhaps a refreshing spritz.
