Welcome to Restaurant Liv – an experience for everyone, whether you visit us with friends, family or colleagues.
A journey around the Mediterranean is a hint of what Restaurant Liv is inspired by. We move especially between Italy and France with the taste of green herbs such as basil and rosemary, the aroma of a good olive oil and the taste of juicy root vegetables. The basis is dishes that we ourselves like, make from scratch and feel good about eating.

Restaurant Liv is open from late afternoon to evening, filled with pulse and life – just as the name suggests. The spectacular views of the mountains are always included.
When the weather allows, we open our terrace at Bar Liv, where in addition to a magnificent view you can enjoy all our varieties of gin & tonics or a perhaps a refreshing spritz.

Lunch at Restaurant Liv
At Restaurant Liv, you can enjoy your lunch with a stunning view in beautiful surroundings. Our menu is adapted to the season and available ingredients. We love to play with the food traditions we grew up with and to challenge both ourselves and our guests with familiar and unfamiliar taste experiences.
This winter, we’ve drawn inspiration from Japanese cuisine and offer four exciting and flavor-packed dishes.

At Liv, the experience is everything. Our food is made from carefully selected producers and will make your taste buds want to do the jitterbug. But to us, it’s equally as important that you enjoy the experience your way. A family of four might want to have a quick meal to make time for a round of table tennis before hitting the sack. We’ll tailor the experience according to your needs.
