Hemsedal has been named Norway’s best ski resort several times and it’s called ‘The Scandinavian Alps’ for a good reason. Thanks to Hemsedal’s high altitude, the ski season is long. Conveniently located with ski-in/ski-out lies the fantastic Fýri Resort.
In addition to first-class skiing, Fýri offers 144 cozy hotel rooms, a 1000 square meter Pool Club, exciting restaurants, bars, shuffleboard, and much more. After an active day on the slopes, the reward is a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace or a tropical cocktail in our 35-degree-celcius pool. We’ll help you with the ski equipment!
There are endless of activities in winter. Skiing, ski touring, dog sledding, ice skating, snowmobiling, and much more. Fýri is located right in the slope, with ski-in/ski-out, so you don’t have to walk far with your skis to get to where the fun happens.
We’ll help you out with all the ski equipment you need at our Sports Club. This is the place to rent skis, both alpine and cross-country. We also arrange lift passes and everything you might need for your perfect winter adventure on the slopes.
Fýri Pool Club
After an active day on the slopes, our 1000 square meter Pool Club is the best reward. Enjoying a tropical cocktail in our 35-degree-celcius pool is something extra after experiencing a fun snow day in the mountains. It’s sort of like After ski meets Beach Club, sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?

How about having a meeting on the slopes, in one of our warm meeting rooms – or maybe by the poolside? Lovely surroundings combined with plenty of winter activities makes Fýri the perfect destination to recharge, breathe fresh air, and spend time together as a team. We have five different meeting rooms, and space for up to 460 guests.
At Fýri, you can work on your team building and have a lot of fun together. Ski, rent snowracers, or drive a dog sled. After a day in the snow, we’ll serve a delicious dinner in Restaurant Liv with a view of the mountains. Ah, life is sweet!
