A taste of the Alps
From the chalets and terraces of France, Italy and Switzerland to the mountains of Hemsedal, Liv brings continental dining to the north, with a few Norwegian accents along the way.
Our menu celebrates the classics we love, from burrata and pasta vongole to wienerschnitzel, porterhouse and crème brûlée. Everything is cooked from scratch, with carefully chosen ingredients, bold flavours and a simple philosophy: food should be easy to love and taste really, really good.
