The Christmas Gift is a gift voucher for a fixed package that you can buy at a favourable price. The voucher is valid for a limited period. Please read the information on your voucher for the exact terms. We guarantee that you will be able to redeem your Julklapp during the validity period, but the number of rooms per date is limited, so book early if you want a specific date. You can book your Julklapp as soon as you have purchased it.

Your Christmas Gift has a QR code that takes you to the booking page. You can also go directly to our website. There, enter your Christmas gift code (letter, letter, number, number, number, number, number, hyphen, letter, number, number, number) to continue to the calendar and see available dates. If you have more than one Christmas Gift, unfortunately each one must be booked separately. Available dates cannot be viewed until you have purchased your Christmas Gift.

To a weekend: At hotels that offer this, the option appears in the booking calendar when you book your Christmas Gift. An additional charge applies, subject to availability. 
To another room category: The Christmas Gift includes our standard rooms. If other room categories are available, you can upgrade for a fee in the booking process. This cannot be purchased before booking and is subject to availability. 
To another restaurant: At hotels with more than one restaurant, you can upgrade to a different restaurant for a fee, subject to availability.

No, Julklappen is fixed to the package it includes.

Yes, this can be done after your booking has been made. Contact the hotel with your booking number. An additional charge applies for the extra person, and possibly for a room upgrade. This is subject to availability. 
You can also add children to your booking, and a charge applies for them as well. Please note that our pool clubs have an age limit. Pool club access and dinner are not included for children added to the booking.

The Christmas Gift is valid for arrivals Sunday–Thursday, 27–30 December 2026 or 3 January – 31 March 2027. Unfortunately, it cannot be redeemed after 31 March. 
If you regret your purchase, we can offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact the hotel for help with this. 
You can cancel your stay, and your Julklapp will then become valid again and can be used in the booking process within the validity period. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days before arrival. After that, a rebooking fee of SEK 595 applies.
