Here’s everything you need to know before booking your conference at Fýri.

How do we get to Fýri?

Fýri is located in Hemsedal, just under three hours by car from Oslo and approximately four hours from Bergen. There are both trains and buses from Oslo to Gol, which is just a 25-minute drive from Fýri. There is also a direct bus service from Oslo to Hemsedal, with a stop in Gol.

Do you host julebord (Christmas parties)?

Yes. Fýri is a lovely setting for a julebord, with a traditional Christmas dinner, warm surroundings, and the option to combine it with live music or a Christmas concert. Get in touch to find a date for your group.

Do you offer overnight packages for conference groups?

Yes. Our full conference package combines a day of meetings with dinner and an overnight stay, tailored to your group. It includes hotel rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner at Restaurant Liv, modern meeting rooms, and a conference host on hand throughout. You can add extras like Pool Club access, padel, wine tasting, guided tours, and more.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking right outside by the hotel. We also offer heated parking in our underground garage for NOK 250 per 24 hours, starting from 12:00 on your day of arrival.

Where do conference groups eat?

Conference groups dine at Restaurant Liv, with beautiful mountain views. We can also arrange private dinners in one of our suitable event spaces, offering a more exclusive and private dining experience.
