Rambler Restaurant
Just across the street from the hotel, Rambler takes its cue from the Alps: warm interiors, mountain views, and a fireplace at the center of the room that everything gathers around.
Pinsa, fondue, and mountain views
The food at Rambler is simple and done well – Italian pinsa, fresh salads, fondue by the fire in winter, and pastries worth the walk over. In summer the terrace opens up to the mountains; when the snow arrives, the fireplace takes over. Add music and an easy afternoon settles in on its own, whether you’ve come off the trail, the slopes, or just wandered over from the hotel.

Fondue by the fire
When the snow arrives, Rambler swaps pinsa for fondue. Our meat fondue comes with beef tenderloin and venison loin, cooked by you at the table – a warming, social way to eat, with roots in Switzerland and France. If you’d rather have cheese, Mont d’Or is the natural choice: a creamy seasonal cheese from the Jura Mountains, where France meets Switzerland, made by traditional craft. Both taste best by the fire, after a day on the slopes.
Fondue is served throughout the winter season.
