The challenge
A new format that needed the right setting
Executive Experience 2026 was a format Oslo Business Forum had never run before: depth and trust over stage time. That needed somewhere far enough away to hold 140 leaders’ full attention — and big enough to keep them all under one roof.
Our solution

Fýri Resort was handed over to Oslo Business Forum in full. With no other guests on site, the whole property became the event — the Grand Hall for keynotes, quiet breakout rooms for smaller formats, and the bar, the dining room and the mountain outside doing the rest of the work.
